I understand Beanie Babies. I understand Tickle Me Elmo. I obviously understand Star Wars. I don't understand Furbies. Bulbous non-cuddlable balls with bulging eyes. I don't get it. Maybe you can explain to me the attraction? Where the heck did they come from, anyway? Were they something else before they were a toy that's in high demand because some market analyst said they'd be in high demand?
