Three options here.
1) Get *lots* of money, resurrect all characters in Teralt.
2) Get some reasonable characters, drag dead ones to Kaliti (or perhaps even Perrin if you're really short on cash!), resurrect them all there.
3) Get some character who knows the RESURRECT spell to do the work.
The last is highly promising if you have any high-level wizards in either party (or even a low-level wizard in your rescue party - by the time you reach Teralt he should know RESURRECT).
