18 times each, at least. That's as high as I've been able to boost my speed, but I might be missing an item that'll help even more. Still searching for a "Blade of Power" in the hopes that it'll be considerably better than a Samurai Sword. I don't remember if I found one in my first game, but I'm doubting it now.
Another cool thing about assassins is that because you periodically gain WC, you limit on O(n^2) behavior in damage/hit as you gain levels (n=level).
