Forgot where Im at. . . GOA

I went on vacation and when I returned I don't remember my next task. I just got the clear focous stone but I don't have the self portrait i'm a coin short. Can someone point me in the right direction? What next?

Here is what I have. . .
14 gold coins
life vest
food
tinder box
trash
10 gemstones
gaurds sword
bucket
wire clippers
crate
stone of strengthening
rope
focous stone

Id rather not start over if I don't have to . . .
