POA: can't get into HEEC

I am stuck stuck stuck wandering around this
station...I think maybe I need a gold key
(based on others' inventory).

One thing I think I'm baffled by is the guy who
asks for pretty jewelry. I've got Caroline's
necklace, but no option to give him that. I also
keep seeing a glint of metal in the rubbish pile
at CQ1, but I've search it zillions of time and
nothing. Help?
