Me too. That one *really* upset me, because it wasn't just the implicit credit stealing itself (most people who do this just strip the credit), it was the deliberate insertion of his own name and the comment "I worked really hard on this." How obnoxious can you get? But it worked out. He had just put it up today, and already I've disabled it. I often email offenders in addition to shutting off access, but this guy upset me enough that I'm not going to clue him in at all. I hope he keeps the page up for quite some time before he realizes it doesn't work.
