BRACKLEY HALL NEED HELP PLS

I have been to the house several times and can't find anything to help me climb a tree, nor to take interest in pets. can someone give me a hint about INSIDE the house --- something that will help me find what is in there.
I have:
Lavender, spade, iron key, silver key, pocket knife, tourist brochure,birdseed,and credit note. tks
