Doh!Need help with VERY beginning TOA!

I must be really dumb, but I cant seem to do ANYTHING here - apart from fireraising and being shouted at by the security guard and locking my purse in the damn car. I've been wandering around in a huge, useless loop for ages and all I have rocks and a backpack and very low morale. Help!!
