TOA need help at beginning !!!

it's late sat am or early sat pm. I'm wearing tennis shoes. opened the sewer grate. can't get in with silas & Verna in dragon costume. have the crowbar, but it wont let me bust lock on abandoned building. think I ought to have another access to gym, but can't find it ?? the key shop doesn't open til Sun. the "nerds" keep running off before they help me. I'm at a loss here. Now what ?? No ID card yet. help, please !!!
