Stuck... again (TOA)

Humph. I get stuck so easily. I've completed my English and History task, but I need to trap the rat which I have absolutely no idea how to do despite reading every other rat post, and interview the jocks. They jsut tell me to shut up and go away. I read that I should talk to them at a party, what party? The faculty meeting? I'm also hungry, but have no where to eat. And I can't find any quarters. I have put those people in the shack, do I leave them there? Is there anything Ive missed? Here's what I have:
