I am carrying:

9 Red Gemstones
Stone of Strengthening
Rope
Key of Opening
Crate

1 Black Gemstone
Food Rations
Tinderbox
Portrait

Guard's Sword
Bucket
Wire Clippers
Clear Focus Stone

I have been in the shack, but couldn't do anything there and I don't know what to do with the wire clippers. Can anyone help me, please?
