MOBH - stuck?

OK, I know i am being really stupid but i can't get the key from the nest. I walk up to the pig and can't do anything. Can someone please help, i think my brain is dead. Thanks

I have:
spade
iron key
silver key
pocket knife
tourist brochure
translated papyrus
birdseed

and what's this about the head in the maze, i can't find it anywhere?
