FAQ - HELP!!

I am stuck on FQ and the most frustrating thing is that I'm not sure what it is i'm meant to do next.

My inventory is :

sack, rope, hook, branch, silver and gold keys, word, shovel, hammer, mails, bow, arrow, fishing pole, club, ticket, sunstone, leaves.

The things i'm having trouble with are : getting into both towers, the cat, the gnome, the sprite, the quiet man near the beach, the dog...

Can anyone tell me what's next?
