As far as plans go for the site, I am not sure.

I do think they are still looking for remains in the rubble however.

I recall when I visited the site of the OKC bombing, that was 97 I guess that I visited there with my youth choir, it was over a year after the bombing I think and there were still nearby buildings with windows blown out or taped off with caution tape, and that incident was dramaticaly smaller in comparison than WTC.
