I don't spend all day in RinkChat. :P And even when I am in there, I'm usually working on my site or writing at the same time. Multi-tasking is most useful. ;)

Besides, I have a conscience that bugs and bugs and bugs me if I don't make good use of my day. This is a good thing... especially since that wasn't always the case.
