Murkon ~ Speed

My level 19 druid has a speed of 1(4) but none of her equipment (Weapon: Bow and Arrows, Armor: Cloak of Healing, Shield: Deflector Shield, Helmet: Cap of I.Q. +1, Boots: Cloth Slippers +1) shows that it decreases speed. What am I missing?
