I took a quick look at http://www.werdna.com. There didn't seem to be any Wizardry-type games out there, so I tried my hand at Tyrannus. That game is very difficult to understand. I have started my first game in a test galaxy, and I have two ships, each at a different planet, but I have no idea whatsoever how to make them actually do things.
