If you're getting a used car loan to pay for your car, realize that you either have to pay for sales tax out of your pocket at the time of sale, or you have to work it into the loan, which means you'll either have to get a loan for more than $1800, or find a car that costs less than that.

It's not a loan, it's my OWN money! I don't like owing money and prefer to pay all at once(That's why I'm looking for used, not new, which depreciate in value by a couple $1000 anyway the second you drive them off the lot). My 1st car was a Honda Civic & I loved her. Thx for the advice.
