It's ok. When it comes to Murkon's Refuge, I'm a P.I.T.A. (Pain in the...well you know the last word). You will need the winter coat when you go explore the north fortress. I don't think that you need to worry about the diamonds. Because you need the diamond to give to the guy to get a gold piece. And there is only four gold pieces at this stage of the game. And you can't get the pass ring until you give her four pieces of gold. And you can't get the winter coat unless you have the pass ring. Tell me if I am wrong. But I believe that you already did something with a diamond which may be why you can get one. It makes sense to me but I may be wrong.
