C*E*A was run by Cathie Walker, who now is involved with other similar web projects. I'm not sure what the story is with C*E*A -- I know that at one time she sold it to Uproar, which, in turn, gave her full creative control and basically let her run it the same way she always had been. But times change fast on the web. Now she seems to be primarily busy with sillydude.com and sillygirl.com, a pair of entertainment sites that, from a casual glance, appear to have a lot in common with the old C*E*A.
