Well, let's consult the experts. Google research on Sumo wrestling revealed some interesting tidbits on how the big boys maintain their glorious shape:

1) Volume. They eat a lot. A whole lot. And then they eat more. They force themselves to keep eating, even when they feel full.

2) Frequency. They only eat two meals a day. Two BIG meals a day. Stop snacking, and load up all your calories at once.

3) Caloric Density. The traditional Sumo main dish is a meat stew . Forget those wimpy fruits and vegetables, they're only taking up room without contributing their fair share of calories.

4) Rest. Napping after a meal is supposed to be one of the key factors in rounding out one's physique.

5) Massage. Apparently the Japanese use the same technique on beef cattle with lovely fat-marbled results.
