I think it's safe to say, though, that I identify very strongly with the Sosiqui nickname. I almost think of myself as Andrea AND Sosiqui, using both names interchangably to refer to myself in my mind. But that's getting into the Realm of Much Complicatedness.

Ah-ha! Someone else does something like what I do. Recently, I was pondering the different sides of my character, and decided to give the different sides names. Don't ask me why. Maybe that's the first step towards a completely split personality. Anyhoo. The "Sigi" side of my character is the happy, laid-back version of me who enjoys loud music and going out with friends, and even though that's rather a small side of me given my current panic-about-school mode, I try to let Sigi drive me quite a lot. I won't go into all my other multi-faceted parts of personality because it would, quite frankly, bore you all to tears, but I'll just use this moment to say that the name "Sigi" isn't in any way remotely connected with anything to do with me. It was, in fact, dreamt up by one of my somewhat weird friends, for no apparent reason except that he could then call me "Notorious SIG", because anything less like Notorious BIG would be seriously difficult to imagine.

Si-"Doesn't make much sense to me either, but I do like the verb 'to sigify'"-gi
