The answer if you want to change the stereo
on your base model Ford Ka for a 'normal' CD
player/car radio is to ring your local Ford
dealer and order part no:1037777, don't forget
to specify the colour of your interior, which will
be either Marta Blue, Medium Gray or Pale
Steel. For £7.00 UKP + VAT he will supply you
with a panel to fit a normal stereo plus
brackets and a few other bits and bobs. (I
haven't seen the kit yet, mines arriving
tomorrow.)
So there you have it! Get fitting those CD
players and bin the awful bog-standard jobbie.
