I used to be the kind of person that put up walls and expected people to see through them. When they didn't, I'd blame THEM, even though they're not mind-readers(I've gotten over it now). Relax. It's not your fault. Take this time to rekindle the relationshhip and talk about what's bothering her. If she doesn't want to keep in touch, keep persisting. YOu'll break down the wall eventually.
