Suikdoken I/II are my all-time favorite games for the Playstation, (Can't decide which one, 1 has the better story, 2 has the better gameplay.) If you don't like RPGs, which MGS fans might not, try Brave Fencer Musashi. It's not that hard unless you count the two steamwood missions and the final boss.
Also, didn't they come out with additional Metal Gear Solids? VR missions or something? Not sure.
