No, actually, I represent the minority too!

I oppose going to financial services. IMHO, Rinkworks, on the move to financial services, would get trampled over or bought by a larger dotcom. Or die into oblivion. I mean, seriously, if you need to know how to spend your money, you can check a website that wasn't formerly a humor site. No offense, but it's sorta like asking a burglar to guard your house.
...
Plus, there are always the people out there so stupid that they'll go on the archive, look at Don't throw a brick straight up, and assume it's more financial tips. I expect a wave of brick-deaths across the country.
...
As the apparent minority, I must note that such a happy tone for the press release is disturbing. Exclaimation marks abound, IMHO I think the pr couldve used some saddening down if it was an April Fool's joke.
...
Regardless of how easy Murkon's Refuge is, it seems strange to release it, allow less than a month's of time, and then hint its shutdown ("...want to finish Murkon's Refuge, you better do so by tonight!"). That quote's paraphrased. Don't sue me on it.
...
Still, a 99.8% majority is staggeringly large. Such a large majority, especially on April Fool's, sounds like ballotbox-stuffing, but whatever.
...
If this were a life-or-death option for the site, I'd support it. But the release doesn't make it sound so, so I currently am one of two known that disagree with the plan.
...
I'll check back tomorrow. If a large banner flashing "APRIL FOOLS!" isn't up, I'll check the sky to see if pigs are flying.
...
It could be a giant hoax me and sticky weren't informed of.
...
It just seems that a site changing from humor to financial services is like McDonald's becoming a fine, well-done sit-down be-waited-on restaraunt. (Sorry for the analagy to, of all things, McD's, but that's all I can think of.)
...
Anyway, I'll check back tomorrow.
