Considering that I thought both people were female, I can't think they would be Otho and Lobelia.

The guy that exclaimed "ProudFEET!" would be Everard Proudfoot, and I'm basically positive that he was not either of the two in this earlier scene.

Question, though: even if I'm wrong and one of those two was an androgynous man instead of a woman, what makes you think they would be the Sackville-Bagginses instead of any of thousands of other random hobbits?
