What a joyous holiday; Jesus died for our sins and rose from the dead and it's a day for celebration, right? Well, listen 2 this, and see if you can top it. Here's the kind of day I had today:
1.) It was about 50 degrees and raining
2.) I had actually gotten dressed up for church and ended up wearing the most uncomfortable shoes on the planet
3.) I ended up rear-ending someone(tried to stop and I just slid--very scary. Of course, their car barely got any damage at all, while I need a new hood and headlights at least).
4.) We decide to go out to eat at a place in the mountains, ignoring the rain, ended up getting lost in fog about the consistency of a nice crab bisque, gave up on the restaurant and ended up taking 2 hrs. to eat a Golden Corral(which we have at home, by the way) at a city about 45 mins. away.
5.) As if that weren't enough, we missed an exit and got lost on the way home!
WE WERE GONE 4 HOURS JUST SO WE COULD EAT AT GOLDEN CORRAL!
