stuck in the dark & can't find vera's passcard

There are still areas I can't get into because I don't have enough light in the mines I have my light tube but it says it's still too dark

2nd I have searched the sandstone mines over and over and i still can't find vera's passcard ahhh
i've knocked over the pillar got what was there
but know i'm kinda stuck

any hints or spoilers would be welcome
