According to my pencil&paper map, do the following:
1) Go north to 23, 17. Turn to west and go through the door.
2) Turn to north, go to west at the corner, and then turn back to north.
3) Go north to the corner at 17, 13. Turn to east and go straight through the door at the end of the corridor.
4) Turn to north and go through the door, then turn back to east.
5) Go to east and go through the door at 28, 10.
6) Turn to east, wrap around the map, and turn to south at the end of the corridor.
7) Go to south until you see stairs leading up.
