Hi all! I just wanted to drop a line and share with you what I've been doing over my Spring break.
I was at the hospital every day with my fiancee and her mom, being with her dad. He had come down with a touch of pnuemonia a week beforehand. Then he got his antibiotics and finished them off, without getting any better. So the doctors said he should go to the ER. Once there, they X-rayed him and couldn't see his right lung because it was so full. So they drained it. They told me they drained about a litre's worth of fluid from his lungs. He then started feeling a whole lot better. But then they tested the fluid and said that there are "abnormal cells" in it, which means there are also bad cells in his lungs. We don't know what that means just yet, becasue the labwork hasn't come back just yet.
This longish post from me is basically so that those that do read it will hopefully pray/well wish/ or whatever it is you do for my future father-in-law. He is a pretty good old guy. I really hope it isn't anything serious. Ok..thanks for reading.

Randy
