Mmm... what you'll want to do is head generally north and east from the elevator. You'll know you're there when you hit a long passage filled to the rafters with monsters.
As for a ressurect spell, I think there is one, but I haven't got it yet. It would certainly be a Wizard spell, though. I can tell you its number is higher than 24; that's the highest Wizard spell I've got.
