It's been all me, me, me. ;^p I think, like you said, that you're still adjusting to the creative rush you had, and I think if you wait a while you'll get back to normal soon. And perhaps if you must create something and you haven't found any fashion design classes or groups, you could just find a project to work on (I'd automatically suggest collecting Barbie dolls and repainting them, and I'm sure LaZorra would do the same, but that's just us). > > ~Qua "One thing I'm not good at: brevity. I think that I hit on the wrong thing that was missing. I've come to realize that my creativity will never leave me....it's the oppurtunity to perform for an audience that is fleeting. I realized this after I had grilled the umpteenth person on what their favourite part was, or what their thoughts on the show were. I mean, everyday, if I wear an item of clothing that I've created, hundreds of people see it, and probably about 2 people (one or both probably being a relative) will actually comment on it. With something like a fashion show, I KNOW that people have seen it, either like it, or don' t like it. Very few will leave feeling indifferent about a garment. In everday, we notice dress....but don't necessarily judge it in the same way. So, I suppose it's not creativity that is put onto the back burner, it's my need to show off. Not that this is necessarily going to be put on the back burner.....I'll just have to use my creativity and figure out another way to do it!!
