I doubt you can. The strip was called Spelunker; it was published in a Notre Dame college newspaper and featured in some one-shot "who are today's campus cartoonists" glossy that somehow found its way into my undergraduate hands at Duke U.

However, I found a bit of information online: the artist's name is Jay Hosler, now a biology professor and occasional cartoonist. He has his own website -- see link below. Possibly he'd be willing to post some old Spelunker material if asked? *shrug*
