You probably won't be surprised to hear that a lot of people (a *lot* of people) think that anything in print is true. I used to write the news, so I know better. I guess those same people turn to the internet for facts.

You don't suppose the government would actually lie to us, would they? Naaaaaaw. They're bluffing.
