They haven't stopped making Coke in glass bottles. Every grocery store I've shopped at over the last gazillion years has always had Coke in glass bottles for sale. Granted, they don't have a large inventory, sometimes as few as four six-packs, but they are always there.

Also, they are usually the 8 oz. bottles. I haven't seen the 12 oz. bottles in a long time.

They even have commemorative bottles throughout the year. There is the standard Santa bottle, as well as bottles commemorating Dallas Cowboy super bowl wins, races at the Texas Motorspeedway, and just about any event that has a logo to slap on a bottle.

And speaking of blasts from the past, does anyone remember Tab? It's that awful diet drink made with saccharin. It was very popular back in the '70's. In fact, I think it may have been the first diet soft drink ever mass produced. Anyway, they still make it. And it is still in those ridiculous pink cans. I know this because my house is never without at least a case of the stuff. My girlfriend loves it. Personally, I find it revolting.

Kel"a soft drink thread...that never happens"ly
