It's tough to find anything under 20 GB these days, but you need to be sure an older computer can support a larger hard drive. A lot of older BIOS chips can't autodetect newer hard drives, and some actually limit the space you can use.
I don't know what Quicken's requirements are, but a 133 MHz processor is about as low as you go with today's software.
CompGeeks.com has some older hard drives. Check 'em out.
