Please help me with POA - don't know what to do

I've managed to get 4 nanoxite stones but I still need 3 more peryolitium shards (can the key be counted in that at all?)
I got the key from V, which answers the above.
I still can't open the door with the rock behind it and don't know how to.
I don't know what to do.
Please, PLEASE help me.
