Yep. QOAT is a joint project being developed by me and my brother. Right now, we are working on a detailed walkthrough, complete with storyline flowcharts, and a complete list of items and locations needed. After/during that, we have to do up the description text, which will take quite a while, since we like to bounce ideas back and forth. As well, the style of the game will require excellent descriptions to be effective, so we expect that the writing will take us more time than anything else.
The reason we haven't started following gremlinn's example and posting regular QOAT updates is because we are not actually working on the code at the moment. We do have some very basic stuff done, but not enough to be worth telling you about. Here it is anyway.
0.5 locations, 3663 bytes (7326 per location)
I think that's about all I'm willing to tell you at this point. Date of completion is completely unknown, as this is our first game, and we tend to work in spurts with long breaks in between. (We just put in about eight hours in a two day period after not doing any work on paper for over a month.)
