Same in Canada. I wish I got some wicked reusable cases... I think the thing that really gets me, though, is that the Canadian version of AOL has a different name: They call themselves "AOL Canada". Um, OK, did they forget what AOL stood for when they made that name up, or do they just expect that we nothern folk do not have enough exposure to the real world to know for ourselves? Or maybe the A in AOL refers to America in the continent sense, rather than the common national sense... But then, why is it not "AOL USA" south of the border?
