Both times I was a potential statistic in a terrorist act, that's exactly what happened. I attribute it to all the OpSec commericals, posters, and pamphlets I was exposed to over in Europe. The only person who posts to this forum that I'm certain would be able to survive a terrorist act would be Sam -- as an army brat, he would have been exposed to the same OpSec material.

"OpSec" is Operation Security. It encompasses everything from that "Loose Lips Sink Ships" ad campaign, to begin aware of you surroundings, to knowing where to go and what do in case of an emergency.
