You might do better to take pictures of what's going on and show them to someone who cares, instead of possibly making yourself look like a horse thief. Either that, or put a sign that says, "Well, *somebody* has to!" by the other sign. Or sneak a Monty Roberts book/tape/whatever in somewhere.
