> But that didn't really answer your question, I think. You asked why you seem to get trashed on- I'm not sure I understand. It doesn't sound like you've had a string of awful relationships, so I'm not sure what you mean.

I wasn't too clear on the "getting trashed on" part of my complaint, so I shall explain it in further detail.

From an early age, I felt like I was at a disadvantage. I was born legally blind and had surgery at 5 to gain more sight. Luckily, it worked and my vision went to 20/100 from 20/200. At age 7, I was diagnosed with a disease called Legg-Perthese, which forced me to wear a hip brace for a year in an attempt to correct it. One of my legs is still shorter than the other. Both of these problems caused kids to tease me in school (and yes, I know all kids get this, it's just stuff that's stuck with me through the years).

During my junior year of high school, I finally had made a best friend. However, halfway through the second semester, she decided she was tired of me and managed to turn all of my friends into people who disliked me. It really hurt to lose all the people who I thought had liked me suddenly, but my ex-best friend was soon seen to be the mean person she really is and was practically alienated by all the people she had turned against me.

The latest "trash" I've had was from my ex-boyfriend. He moved 3000 miles across the country for me, then left me a month later. It came as a huge shock to me, since I had really thought he was the man I was going to marry. He's now back home and dating a girl 6 years younger than he is. This has affected me in worse ways than all the rest of the things of my past have and is the main source of my current state.
