I can well believe that things seem scary right now and that you could use all the counsel you can get. But it doesn't sound like you actually need it. I think you're doing the right thing. I don't know enough about the situation, or about you two as individuals, to "know" you're doing the right thing, but I think you are.

There are a lot of things that can make the situation you're in now a gray area. It gets complicated, because in God's eyes, sex is marriage. God respects legal marriage as well and wants us to be legally married before we become physically married, but going the other way puts you in a sort of weird half-married state, the exact ramifications of which possibly depend on a lot of different things, such as whether the sex was treated as a marriage commitment, whether both persons involved are Christians, and so forth. A child on the way complicates things too.

Fortunately, I think your situation is more clear than it could be. I don't see that there is much gray area. You are partially married already, you want to be married, you have a kid on the way, and Hannah shares your faith. All of these things make it preferable to marry than not to.

You're fortunate to have such an understanding family and, more so, such understanding in-laws-to-be.
