There are also 1 litre bottles that I almost never buy, especially because of something I am going to explain. A large bottle costs EXACTLY AS MUCH as a small bottle. That isn't the worst, though. The worst is that I've actually seen people buying the small bottles.

Yup. It's stupid. At the local Albertsons, small bags of chips cost EXACTLY THE SAME as the larger ones. No one buys the larger ones. I just don't understand the logic of it. "Hmm, I can eat half that bag of chips, and I'm going to buy another bag of chips tomorrow, but instead of paying the same price as a small bag for twice the amount of chips, I'll buy two small bags instead!" Hmm. It seems your moneysaving logic is a bit flawed, grocery-store Einstein. Sure, the big bags are half-full, but lets look at this for a moment. Half of a big bag is as much or more than a full small bag. Therefore, if you buy a big bag, it's the equivelent of buying TWO small bags, except that instead of paying the price of two bags, you pay for one. Someday I'm going to have to camp the chips until someone grabs a small bag, run after them, and explain all of this to them. I wonder what exactly they're thinking when they buy the small bags...
