That's probably because if your room is cold, you've been radiating warmth under the sheets all night long. That heat is trapped by your sheets and blankets and whatever else you have on your bed. It's not that your body temperature is any different from what it is during other times of the day; it's because you are leaving a warm area to a cold area.
