Here's a tip for you next time you feel too HOT in the summer -- something I do when I come inside after being baked in blazing sunshine and have sweat running from all over. (This is actually related to my other tip about the hot shower, since, once again, water comes to the rescue.)

Get cold water running from a faucet, and put your underarms under there, one at a time, maybe 10-15 seconds and a couple of times each (or do both at the same time if you have room for it). The most important spot to hit is the blood vessels just above the hand, but do the whole underarms. Dry them lightly afterwards, but leave them a bit damp for enhanced effect.

This will cool down the arms and subsequently the blood flowing through them, and this coolness will spread really fast to your whole body. It's quite an amazing feeling.
