I must give credit where credit is due. I did
pass the recipe along to Leen and other
RinkyDinks, but I learned it from my wife, who
learned it from her brother's wife. I'm not sure
where the recipe originated. Back in college,
the cafeteria used to serve something very
similar, only they put too many icky onions in it.
