I know what you mean. There's something haunting about actually being there that no museum can ever really capture.

Not that I've ever been to Hiroshima, but I've been to a couple of Holocaust sites in Europe, and I intend to go to more.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki will definatly be on my itinerary if I ever go to Japan.
