that might as well be me...I have to write it out and it there's no pen and paper available my finger in the air or on any surface will do...sometimes it helps to talk too...If I say out loud the exact steps that I'm doing I'm more likely to not forget them.

I'm still not very fast at mental stuff...give me a fun and complicated problem but don't ask me to figure out what 29 * 13 is in my head.
